Carpet Cleaning
Hot-water extraction that empties the fiber instead of glazing it.
How we do it
Kansas City, MO & KS
Carpet, upholstery, rugs, tile & grout and hard floors — cleaned by the method each one actually needs. You get a firm price before anything is unpacked, and if a spot comes back, so do we.
Soil, grit and residue lifted out of the fiber — not pushed deeper or sealed under a film of soap.
Carpet is the largest filter in your house. Emptying it properly changes the air in the room.
Kids on the floor, pets on the rug. Everything we use is chosen to be safe once it has dried.
Owner-operated and Kansas City based. The person who quotes your job is the person who does it.
What we clean
Almost everything that goes wrong in this trade comes from treating them as if they were the same. A wand that is right for nylon broadloom will water-stain a solvent-only sofa and can ruin a viscose rug outright.

How we do it

Sofas, sectionals and chairs cleaned to the fabric code, not to a formula.
How we do it

Wool, silk and specialty rugs treated as textiles, not as floor covering.
How we do it

Grout lines cut back to their real color under pressure, then sealed.
How we do it

Wood, LVP and laminate cleaned without the haze that mopping leaves.

Offices, clinics, salons and multi-unit turnovers — scheduled around your hours.
How we do it
Why carpet stops looking clean
Two things are happening at once. Dry, gritty soil works its way to the base of the pile where a vacuum cannot reach it, and every previous clean that used too much detergent and too little rinse left a tacky film behind.
That film is the real problem. It is sticky, it sits on every fiber, and it grabs the next round of dirt out of the air and off your shoes. A carpet cleaned that way looks good for a couple of weeks and then goes off faster than it did before.
The fix is not more soap. It is dwell time, agitation, and a rinse that actually takes the chemistry back out.

This is a range, not a bill.
Room sizes, fiber and how soiled the carpet is all move the number. Your technician confirms the exact price in person before anything is unpacked — and if you do not like it, you send us away at no cost.
Our promise
We are new, so we are not going to show you a wall of five-star reviews we have not earned yet. What we can do is tell you exactly what we are on the hook for.
You get a firm number before anything is unpacked. If the job turns out to be bigger than it looked, that is our problem, not a change order. Nothing is added to your bill that you did not agree to in advance.
Some stains wick up from the backing a day or two later. That is normal and it is fixable. Call us within 14 days and we will come back and re-treat it at no charge.
We will re-clean it. If you still are not happy after that, you do not pay for that room. No argument, no form to fill in.
If a carpet is delaminated, a rug will not survive a wash, or a floor needs refinishing rather than cleaning, we will say so and walk away from the sale. Being told the truth once is worth more than a job we should not have taken.
The visit
No mystery, no upsell on the doorstep, no technician disappearing into a van to compute a number.
Before
A two-hour window, not "sometime Tuesday", and a message when we set off.
On arrival
Every room, every problem area. You hear what will come out, what probably will not, and the firm price — before anything is unloaded.
Setup
Corner guards on doorways, blocks and tabs under furniture, hoses run so no door has to be propped into the weather longer than necessary.
The work
Vacuum, pre-treat, dwell, agitate, extract, rinse. Slow passes. The order is what makes it last.
Before we go
We walk it again together while we are still here and still set up, because that is when anything missed is easy to fix.
After
Air movers where they help, plain-English aftercare, and a note of anything we spotted that you will want to know about.
Where we work
Brandon is owner / operator, and the person who gives you a price is the person who does the work. If you are outside the range we will say so rather than quietly adding a travel charge.
…and the rest of the metro. 29 municipalities in total.
Tell us the rooms and we will come back with a firm number. No obligation, and no one will pressure you on the doorstep.
